Our Mission is to introduce Ultra-High quality, full flavored, hand crafted beer to the mid-west and to offer our local community a place to eat freshly made five star quality food in a relaxing environment.
Who We Are
We spend our time to create specialty beers in limited quantities. In fact, these days we are more of a Nanobrewery. Our small brew house, 3.5 barrels to be exact, can pump out 7 barrels or 14 kegs of beer per day. That isn't much. Our restaurant can get busy enough to consume that.
Being small has it's advantages to the true beer geek. You will find that more often than not that the selection changes every time you visit. Check the On-Tap and Fermenter sections of the web to see what we have currently, as well as what you can expect to be on tap in a couple of weeks. We also maintain a highly eclectic collection of hard to find draft beers from our brethren in the Microbrew industry.
